About this episode
Your schedule should account for your capacity.
Because having time doesn't automatically mean you have the capacity to use that time for anything you need to do.
You can have six hours available and only have the cognitive capacity for two. You can have three tasks on your list and only have the capacity to carry one well.
And when we build schedules around what needs to happen instead of what we can actually hold, the schedule can start making us feel like we failed.

Episode 31: Stop Scheduling the Woman You Could Be
I want you to sit with this:
What would change if you stopped scheduling according to what you technically have time for and started scheduling according to what you actually have the capacity to carry?
If this gave you a different way to look at your own schedule, come read with us inside ESSENTFLOW™ Unspoken Truths Magazine.
